Your contract arrives and your closing is opened. The team gathers the parties, the property and the timeline, and tells you what happens next.

Search and exam
Public records are examined for ownership, liens and anything that must be resolved before closing.

Title commitment
The commitment sets out what the policy will cover, the requirements to meet, and any exceptions.
- 04
Documents, figures and funding
Closing documents are prepared and the figures are balanced. Before any funds move, verify the instructions by phone using a number from an independent source.
- 05
Signing
You sign the closing documents at the office, or by appointment in Fernandina Beach. The team tells you what to bring.

Recording and policy
Documents are recorded with the county. The policy is issued and your closing is complete.
